As soon as your are accepted as a provisional member of Elite Force™, you will begin training on the Elite Force™ management systems including customer service modules and operations procedures for your Service Area.  You will also receive online training and manufacturers certifications on various models of electronic equipment.  There is no charge for any of this training.

However, you must have an A+ Certification before Elite Force™ will consider you for a full membership allowing you to purchase the rights to your service area.  There is a cost for this certification.  Please see below.

A+ Certification 

You must have an A+ Certification prior to becoming a permanent Elite Force™ member.  The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) manages this certification which includes passing two tests taken from documents that CompTIA also provides.  These tests include customer service skills as well as computer technology basics. 

If you are not already certified, you purchase the documents and testing from CompTIA.  CompTIA has agreed to provide documents and testing to Elite Force™ candidates for $374 ($110 less than the pricing for individuals). 

We recommend that you wait for Elite Force™ to offer you a provisional membership before you buy this testing package.  During the provisional period you can study and take the tests while you work on jobs from Elite Force™ depending on your existing skills and the requirements of the job.
